All prices are non-refundable.
The price I charge for the Bride includes a 1-hour consultation and a 2-hour pre-Wedding Trial and the Wedding Day itself. You may request the Consultation and the pre-Wedding Trial to be held on separate occasions.
If the Bridesmaids require a Trial the price is the same as for the wedding day e.g. if you required a Trial for 2 bridesmaids with medium-length hair the price would be 2 x £35.00 = £70.00. The same principle applies to the Mother of the Bride e.g. if you required a trial for the Mother of the Bride the price would be £25.00, as on the Wedding Day.
A minimum surcharge – equivalent to the cost of 2 additional persons in the Bridal Party or £50.00, whichever is the higher amount – is payable between 1 June and 30 September.
For Sunday and Monday Weddings I will add a surcharge of £30.00 to your bill.
To book your hair on your Wedding Day, a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 will be charged. Once I have received the deposit I will contact you to book the Bridal Consultation Appointment and your pre-Wedding Trial. At the Consultation we can discuss a variety of styles and agree on one to suit you. The Consultation should usually be held 4 months before your Wedding day. The pre-Wedding trial should usually take place 6-8 weeks before your wedding.
Fifty percent of the total package cost is due at the pre-Wedding trial and is non-refundable. The balance is due on your Wedding day. I can email photographs taken at the pre-Wedding trial to you free-of-charge.
If you would like a hair piece or extensions I recommend that you have an extra Consultation.
Prices cover travelling to the venue on the Wedding day and pre-Wedding trial within a 10 mile radius of Malvern. Additional mileage will be charged at 50 pence per mile.
Please do not use conditioner on your hair within 2 weeks of your pre-Wedding trial or your Wedding day. If you are having your hair put up, please wash your hair 24 hours before the pre-Wedding trial and the Wedding day.
If the Bride requires an additional hair Trial the price will be £55.00.
